The Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University is a scientific educational institution established on the initiative of the community and approved by the Government. The initial idea of ​​establishing this study program was to realize the wishes of community leaders who wanted to contribute independence and progress to Indonesia. In addition, the Development Economics Study Program provides services in the field of research and community service as a manifestation of the role of the study program in improving the quality of life of the community. The success of Tridharma is measured by the accreditation score of the Study Program.

Trisakti University Undergraduate Development Economics Study Program is under FEB. Established by Decree No. 0213/0/1987 dated 11 April 1987 which was signed by the Minister of Education and Culture with registered status.

The FEB USAKTI Bachelor of Development Economics Study Program obtained “A” Accreditation based on BAN-PT decision No: 2027/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/VI/2019. Currently has received AUN-QA Certification for quality assurance. With all these accreditations and certifications, it is believed that the Development Economics Study Program will be able to increase the ability to excel and be competitive in education and research at the national, regional and international levels.
